Today is National Popcorn Day! This is one of the best things to snack on when you’re trying to eat healthy (unless you drown it in salt and butter like my mom and I used to eat it). It’s simple, it’s small and it’s addicting. I say that because you know you can’t just have one piece, right? Right.
The best way to celebrate this holiday is make a batch of your favorite popcorn and just kick back. Popcorn is usually eaten when you’re watching a movie with friends and/or family so trying taking some time out of the day, gather up your friends and/or family, pop in a movie and plop yourselves together in the living room? Or go out and watch a new movie that you’ve all been looking forward to seeing.
Either way, grab some popcorn, kick back, relax and enjoy your day.
